Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production begins. Once a proof has been approved, Custom Packaging is not responsible for errors in spelling, graphics, dimensions, colors, or layout provided by the customer.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, designs, or artwork submitted to us. By submitting your artwork, you grant Custom Packaging a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your order.

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless a separate payment or credit agreement has been approved.

Prices listed on our website may change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of order placement will remain valid for that specific order.

Standard production times typically range from 6 to 8 business days, followed by an estimated shipping period of 2 to 3 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Any shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Custom Packaging.

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production has started. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, remains the property of Custom Packaging unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Custom Packaging reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
